Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel By Ihg, Miami Beach

My stay at the Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel was a mixed bag. While the location was fantastic, directly by the beach and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants, the room I had was less than ideal. The staff were generally friendly, and I loved the Atelier Bloem amenities provided, but the costs associated with the beach chairs and umbrellas felt excessive. Overall, it was an average experience with some bright spots.

I had a great stay at Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel, thanks to its fantastic location and friendly staff. The pool area was a highlight and access to the beach was just perfect. However, my room was quite small and faced a loud bar nearby, which made it less comfortable at night.

The rooms were clean, and I appreciated the daily complimentary activities like cardio kickboxing and yoga. However, the prices for food and drinks were on the high side, which is typical for Miami. Also, I found some aspects of the service, like beach umbrella fees, somewhat surprising.
